Update: Deliveries, Pickups & Service Calls

Due to the governor’s “Safer At Home” state mandate, our stores are temporarily closed until further notice. However, you can still shop online for in-stock merchandise and receive doorstep delivery or free curbside dropoff, as these services are exempt from the mandated closure. Free merchandise pickup is also available at our Green Bay distribution center on in-stock merchandise. Please note that we are unable to offer standard in-home delivery or haul away services during this time.

Customers with previously scheduled deliveries will be given the option to receive their new merchandise via doorstep delivery or curbside dropoff, or to reschedule at a later date once we’re able to safely resume business operations.

Safer At Home Delivery & Pickup Options

DOORSTEP DELIVERY – Offered at a flat-rate fee of $39.99, merchandise will be removed from all packaging, fully inspected and assembled, and brought to your garage, doorstep, or covered shelter. Some final in-home assembly may be required by the customer. Customer must be present during time of delivery.

FREE CURBSIDE DROPOFF – Curbside dropoff will be offered at no charge and will be delivered to your doorstep or garage in all original factory packaging. Full in-home assembly will be required by the customer. Customer must be present during time of dropoff.

FREE PICKUP – Available at our Green Bay distribution center only, in-stock merchandise can be picked up with your own vehicle at no charge. Merchandise will be in all original factory packaging. Full in-home assembly will be required by the customer.

During this time, our delivery teams will continue to follow the guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Wisconsin Department of Health Services (WIDHS) regarding cleaning, sanitizing, and social distancing protocols. Customer is required to be present during delivery.

Out with the old and in with the new! We’ll remove your old furniture or mattress at just $10 per piece and donate or dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.

Tips to Prepare For Delivery Day

  • Make sure there is a clear path inside and outside the home for the delivery team to bring in the furniture.
  • Remove anything from the walls that may be in the way in a tight space.
  • Plan for an alternate route for the delivery team to bring in your pieces.
  • If there is rain or snow, place any additional rugs you may have at the area the delivery team will enter.
  • Secure pets in another room away from the delivery.
  • Any items that we are hauling away for you should be in a donatable condition.
  • If you have a friend or family member accepting a delivery for you, have clear instructions for them about the delivery.
  • If your address isn’t clearly marked on the front of your home, please give additional descriptions to your salesperson.

Tips to Prepare For Your Order Pickup

  • To speed up your pickup time, please call ahead to have our staff prepare your pieces for pickup.
  • Take the time to inspect your pieces before loading them. We are happy to help you unwrap and review your order.
  • Feel free to contact your salesperson about the dimensions of the pieces to make sure they fit inside your vehicle.
  • Plan to use a vehicle that you can safely secure your pieces in, and bring materials to tie the pieces down.
