WG&R Furniture adheres to the following warranty and service policies.

One-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

WG&R Furniture will honor all manufacturers’ limited warranties covering defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery or pickup with the customer liable for all travel/transportation expenses to the home. WG&R Furniture makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. WG&R Furniture hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Excludes all clearance center merchandise.

Out of Warranty Service Policy

If a problem is reported within 15 days of pickup or delivery for merchandise purchased without a manufacturer’s warranty WG&R Furniture will waive any inspection or repair charges. After a period of 15 days the customer will be responsible for all service charges including, but not limited to, parts, labor and travel/transportation incurred in repairing the merchandise.
