One of the incredible things about all of our mattresses is that each of them comes with a 365 day trial period, three times longer than most other trials in the industry. This means that you’ll have a full year from the day your mattress is delivered to see if the Nectar is right for you. We encourage you to take the first 30 days to get to know your new mattress, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to the support and comfort of the Nectar. Should you find it’s not a perfect fit, some photographic evidence may be required to process your return.

Forever is a long, long time…and that’s how long we guarantee your Nectar. If in the unlikely chance you experience defects in construction, materials, or quality, Nectar will either replace or repair your Nectar mattress. If you own and sleep on a Nectar, we believe a Nectar should be the only mattress you’ll ever need.

Nectar is designed with your comfort in mind, whether you sleep on your front, back, or side. The mattress’ CertiPUR-US® Certified foams and breathable Quilted Cooling Cover work together to help keep you cool, evenly distribute your weight, and contour to your unique shape to help relieve pressure points and fatigued muscles. On a firmness scale of 1 to 10, we designed Nectar to provide a medium-firm 6.5 feel, or, as we like to call it, the mattress sweet spot.

We’re sure that Nectar will be the most comfortable mattress you ever owned, if set up properly. We recommend any foundation, base, or adjustable frame that we sell or a similar product. We do not recommend placing your mattress on the floor, plastic base, or any home-made foundation.

No, we do not recommend sleeping on the mattress without the cover. Removing the cover will void all warranties. Keeping the cover intact will help protect the integrity of the mattress so that you may enjoy amazing sleep for years to come. If you need to clean your Nectar mattress cover, we suggest spot cleaning affected areas with water and a mild detergent. For an easier method of keeping your mattress clean we strongly advise the use of a stain and water-resistant mattress protector (such as the ones we have available for purchase on our site) which may be removed and laundered from time to time and will keep your Nectar mattress in tip top condition!

We formulated the Nectar Mattress with 5 layers: first, a quilted poly-blend cover with polyethylene, which provides that cool-to-the-touch sensation to help keep you cool during the night; then, 3 inches of gel memory foam followed by 2 inches of soft transition foam, and 7 inches of supportive base layer foam; finally a bottom cover to secure all of the layers above tightly together. The Nectar mattress has been specifically designed to create the perfect balance of firm support and soft, cradling comfort. Additionally, all of the foams used in the Nectar mattress are CertiPUR-US® certified.

All the foams we’ve used to create the Nectar Mattress meet CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions, and durability, and are analyzed by independent, accredited laboratories. Nectar’s foams are free of ozone depleters, TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates. Our foams have also shown low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality.

For spills and light accidents, we recommend spot cleaning the cover as soon as the spill or stain occurs with a damp cloth and mild detergent or hand soap taking care not to let liquid reach the underlying foam layers. For bigger or deeper set stains, an upholstery or spot cleaner or cleaning device would work well but we do not recommend removing the mattress cover entirely as the underlying foam mattress layers may get damaged in the process. If you do remove the cover, we strongly advise against moving the mattress, adding any liquids or other environmental substances to it or in any way disturbing the foam layers if the cover is off. Nectar is plush but highly supportive. We’d rate the Nectar at a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale if 1 is a feather pillow and 10 is a cement floor. Nectar is designed for perfect long term support with true top layer comfort.

We designed the Nectar to provide consistent and firm support edge to edge. Unlike some traditional spring mattresses that can sag or dip at the edge or in the middle–wherever you consistently put a lot of weight–Nectar’s amazing foam technology means that it always gives a consistent and perfect firmness, from the outer corners right up to the middle.
