7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Shop with confidence. At WG&R, we want you to love the furniture you bring home. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

From the day your furniture is picked up or delivered, you have 7 days to make sure it’s the right fit for your home. If it’s not quite right, you can make one reselection per purchase. You’ll have up to 14 days from the original pickup/delivery date to make your reselect. During this time, your item must remain in its original condition.

To keep things simple, any product returned for a refund or reselect will be assessed a 10% service and handling fee based on the original purchase price. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Upon expiration of the original 7-day period, merchandise is not eligible for return. Clearance and closeout merchandise is sold as-is and also is ineligible for return.

125-Night Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee – At WG&R, your best night’s sleep matters. That’s why we offer a 125 Night Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee designed to help you find the mattress that truly supports you.

Mattresses are non-refundable. However, customers purchasing non-clearance, non-closeout mattress sets with a qualifying mattress protector are eligible for a one-time mattress reselection. If after 30 nights of sleeping on your new mattress you’re still not comfortable, you’ll have up to 125 days from the date of delivery or pickup to select a different one. A simple service and handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be assessed. Mattresses must remain in their original condition. Please note, this guarantee is not valid on adjustable bases, mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, and other bedding accessories as these items are non-returnable.

$100 Low Price Guarantee – At WG&R, we want you to feel confident you’re getting the best price. If you find the exact item for less from a local competitor, we’ll beat it by $100 – no questions asked. It’s our way of saving you both time and money. To qualify:

  • The item must be identical to the merchandise offered by WG&R.
  • The local competitor’s sale price must be verifiable online.
  • If the item is less than $100, WG&R will beat the competitor’s advertised price by half.
  • Valid only for local competitors with a physical store located within WG&R’s trade area. Retailer must maintain regular daily shopping hours and like terms of sale.
  • Excludes Power Buys, Price Saver Alerts, gift cards, special purchases, doorbusters, floor samples, clearance, closeouts, Web Exclusives, select Sealy Hybrid, Tempur-Pedic®, Nectar, Purple®, Casper, DreamCloud, Fjords®, Beautyrest Black® Hybrid, SmartLife By King Koil™, Stearns & Foster®, Beautyrest baselogic™ Adjustable Bases, and August Haven.
  • Limit one discount per household.

Product Damage Reporting – You must inspect the merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to WG&R within 48 hours of the merchandise pickup or delivery.

Clearance Items – All merchandise sold as “Clearance” or “Floor Sample” is sold “AS IS” and not eligible for return. The 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 125 Day Comfort Guarantee do not apply to any of these items.

Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty – Your merchandise may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty which will typically provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture, at the manufacturer’s discretion. WG&R will provide the repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty. WG&R must preauthorize any merchandise that may be eligible for return due to product defect. Any merchandise that is determined by WG&R to be eligible for return must be returned within 14 days and/or a reselection must be made within 14 days. Merchandise that was picked up by the customer must be returned by the customer; however, arrangements can be made for a WG&R delivery team to pick up the merchandise at the current delivery rate. All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected at the time of return and must be returned in its original condition, minus approved defects. Additional Service Options – For repairs not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, WG&R can provide service in your home for a nominal inspection charge and a labor charge at the current hourly service rate, in addition to the cost of any replacement parts. WG&R makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. WG&R hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Custom Order Return/Cancellation – Cancellation or return of any custom ordered product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.

Original Condition – Original condition includes but is not limited to the following: no signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts.

PAYMENT

If payment is by credit card, you agree to pay the amount tendered according to the card issuer agreement. You agree to make payment in full before scheduling pickup or delivery, unless financed by a WG&R credit program with different terms. Sales contracts financed by WG&R credit programs are subject to credit approval. The receipt by WG&R of less than full payment shall not be a waiver of rights of WG&R. You shall pay all costs and expenses, including but not limited to collection fees and reasonable attorney fees, for collection of any overdue amount. The parties agree that title to the products sold pursuant to this contract shall pass on full payment by you or upon delivery/pickup of financed orders. This contract has not been audited and is subject to change if mathematically incorrect.

REFUNDS

All refunds are processed from our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI. If you paid your order by cash or check, we will refund you by check within 10 business days after delivery or cancellation of your entire order.

DELIVERY

All delivery dates are subject to schedule availability. Please notify WG&R at least three (3) days in advance to change a scheduled delivery. Any delivery dates quoted by WG&R are estimates only. WG&R will make a good faith effort to meet estimated delivery dates but shall not be held responsible for failure to do so, and in no event shall be held liable for any expense to its customer that may result therefrom. It is the intent of WG&R to provide our customers with the finest home furnishing delivery services. Our delivery personnel will exercise every reasonable precaution to protect your purchase and deliver in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Our personnel are instructed to deliver your purchase only if it can be accomplished safely and without damage to the merchandise and/or premises. Haul away of ‘like items’ must be arranged when scheduling delivery. Items are subject to a per item charge at the current haul-away rate.

GOVERNING LAW

This sales contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. WG&R is not liable for any delay or failure to perform on this contract caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, other acts of God, labor disputes or inability to obtain product; and if any delay is caused by such circumstances, WG&R has the option to cancel this contract without liability to either party.

PRIVACY

You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, we hope that all of our visitors will register with us so that we can learn more about our valuable customers and send them updated product information and provide personalized service. We will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and e-mail address. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. Your credit card information is captured through the checkout process by a reputable third-party merchant services provider for credit card authorization purposes only and is not kept on file with wgrfurniture.com.

ONLINE SECURITY

Your credit card is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout you must enter your user name and password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to insure your safety. SSL encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for the information to be decoded by a party outside of wgrfurniture.com. To check for security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

Errors & Omissions – We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, photography, promotion and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clearance and closeout item availability and pricing may vary by store.
