Our fully trained delivery and pickup teams are employed by WG&R to consistently provide top-rated service and will conduct a full inspection of your new purchase prior to delivery. Plus, our unbeatable flat-rate delivery fee even includes convenient assembly and placement of your new furniture in any room of your home! 


 We are only able to deliver within our standard delivery areas throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. See if we deliver to your area by viewing our delivery map.

    • Loveseat: $60

    • Recliner/Chair/Ottoman: $30
    • Adjustable Base (with or without mattress): $40

We are working to make this service option available during online checkout. Until then, please call us at (920) 406-5029 at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to arrange for haulaway services. Please note we are unable to offer haulaway services during your scheduled delivery appointment without prior notice.

Tips To Prepare For Delivery Day


    • Read our Furniture Fit Guide to ensure your pieces will fit into your home.
    • Make sure there is a clear path inside and outside the home for the delivery team to bring in the furniture.
    • Remove anything from the walls that may be in the way in a tight space.
    • Plan for an alternate route for the delivery team to bring in your pieces.
    • If there is rain or snow, place any additional rugs you may have at the area the delivery team will enter.
    • Secure pets in another room away from the delivery.
    • Any items that we are hauling away for you should be in a donatable condition.
    • If you have a friend or family member accepting a delivery for you, have clear instructions for them about the delivery.
    • If your address isn’t clearly marked on the front of your home, please give additional descriptions to your salesperson.

Tips To Prepare For Your Order Pickup


    • To speed up your pickup time, please call ahead to have our staff prepare your pieces for pickup.
    • Take the time to inspect your pieces before loading them. We are happy to help you unwrap and review your order.
    • Feel free to contact your salesperson about the dimensions of the pieces to make sure they fit inside your vehicle.
    • Plan to use a vehicle that you can safely secure your pieces in, and bring materials to tie the pieces down.
