Service After The Sale
Furniture: 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – WG&R Furniture and WG&R Sleep Shop (WG&R) provide a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup on all furniture maintained in its original condition. Within the 7 day satisfaction guarantee period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase. A reselection must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery or pickup. Upon expiration of the original 7 day period, merchandise is not eligible for return. Furniture sold as “closeout” is covered by the 7 day satisfaction guarantee, but has no manufacturer’s limited warranty. Customers returning any product for a reselect or refund will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable on returns.
Bedding: 125 Day Comfort Guarantee – Bedding products are nonrefundable. However, customers purchasing non-clearance, non-closeout bedding sets along with a qualifying mattress protector will receive a 125 day comfort guarantee. This guarantee states that if after 30 days you are unable to adjust to the comfort and support level of your new mattress, you have up to 125 days from the date of delivery or pick up to reselect another mattress. The mattress set must be maintained in its original condition. Within that 125 day period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase with a service and handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price. That’s our comfort guarantee to help you sleep better!
Clearance Items – All merchandise sold as “Clearance” or “Floor Sample” is sold “AS IS” and not eligible for return. The 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 125 Day Comfort Guarantee do not apply to any of these items.
Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty -Your merchandise may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty which will typically provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture, at the manufacturer’s discretion. WG&R will provide the repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty. WG&R must preauthorize any merchandise that may be eligible for return due to product defect. Any merchandise that is determined by WG&R to be eligible for return must be returned within 14 days and/or a reselection must be made within 14 days. Merchandise that was picked up by the customer must be returned by the customer; however, arrangements can be made for a WG&R delivery team to pick up the merchandise at the current delivery rate. Additional Service Options – For repairs not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, WG&R can provide service in your home for a nominal trip fee and a labor charge at the current hourly service rate, in addition to the cost of any replacement parts. WG&R makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. WG&R hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Custom Order Return/Cancellation – Cancellation or return of any custom ordered product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.
Product Damage Reporting – You must inspect the merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to WG&R within 48 hours of the merchandise pickup or delivery.
Original Condition – Original condition includes, but is not limited to the following: no signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts.
You agree to make payment in full at time of order, unless financed by a WG&R credit program with different terms. Sales contracts financed by WG&R credit programs are subject to credit approval. The receipt by WG&R of less than full payment shall not be a waiver of rights of WG&R. You shall pay all costs and expenses, including but not limited to collection fees and reasonable attorney fees, for collection of any overdue amount. The parties agree that title to the products sold pursuant to this contract shall pass on full payment by you or upon delivery/pickup of financed orders. This contract has not been audited and is subject to change if mathematically incorrect.
All refunds are processed from our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI. If you paid your order by cash or check, we will refund you by check within 10 business days after delivery or cancellation of your entire order.
All delivery dates are subject to schedule availability. Please notify WG&R at least three (3) days in advance to change a scheduled delivery. Any delivery dates quoted by WG&R are estimates only. WG&R will make a good faith effort to meet estimated delivery dates, but shall not be held responsible for failure to do so, and in no event shall be held liable for any expense to its customer that may result therefrom. It is the intent of WG&R to provide our customers with the finest home furnishing delivery services. Our delivery personnel will exercise every reasonable precaution to protect your purchase and deliver in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Our personnel are instructed to deliver your purchase only if it can be accomplished safely and without damage to the merchandise and/or premises.
This sales contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. WG&R is not liable for any delay or failure to perform on this contract caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, other acts of God, labor disputes or inability to obtain product; and if any delay is caused by such circumstances, WG&R has the option to cancel this contract without liability to either party.
