WG&R Furniture Co. adheres to the following warranty and service policies.

One-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty – WG&R Furniture will honor all manufacturers’ limited warranties covering defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery or pickup with the customer liable for all travel/transportation expenses to the home. WG&R Furniture makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. WG&R Furniture hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Excludes all clearance center merchandise.

Three-Year Extended Warranty – WG&R Furniture offers an In-Home Customer Service Program that is valid for three years from the date of delivery or pickup of your furniture as indicated on your furniture invoice.  During this term, WG&R Furniture personnel will repair any manufacturer’s defect in material or workmanship, exclusive of normal wear and tear, free of charge, provided the item is located within our standard delivery area.  WG&R Furniture will perform this service in your home or arrange for pickup of your furniture; whichever is most convenient for you.  Call us toll free at 1-888-947-7782 for service.

Out of Warranty Service Policy – If a problem is reported within 15 days of pickup or delivery for merchandise purchased without a manufacturer’s warranty WG&R Furniture will waive any inspection or repair charges.  After a period of 15 days the customer will be responsible for all service charges including, but not limited to, parts, labor and travel/transportation incurred in repairing the merchandise.
