WG&R Exclusive Extended Service:
If indicated on your invoice (which by this reference is incorporated herein), your furniture is covered by the WG&R Furniture 3 Year or 5-Year In Home Customer Service Program (the “Service Program”). WG&R Furniture will repair any defect in material or workmanship free of charge, provided the item is located within WG&R Furniture's normal delivery area, for 3 or 5 years (as provided on your invoice) from the date of delivery. WG&R Furniture will perform this service in your home or arrange for pickup of your furniture. Call Toll Free, 1-888-947-7782 for service. If WG&R Furniture determines that a product cannot be repaired, an in-store credit will be given pending return of the defective item(s). WG&R Furniture will not be liable for product that has been subjected to any of the following: commercial/industrial use, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or other acts of God. In the event you cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to 90% of the unearned pro rata premium. In the event we cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to 100% of the unearned pro rata premium. You will receive a store credit (valid for 90 days after the expiration of the Service Program) equal to the actual price paid for the Service Program if you do not use Service Program. This Service Program must be purchased at the time of sale. The purchaser may, within 7 days of delivery of the warranty contract, return the warranty contract for a full refund less actual costs or charges needed to issue and service the warranty contract.

THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO LIMITED REGULATION BY THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE.
One-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Without the extended warranty, WG&R Furniture will honor all manufacturers’ limited warranties covering defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery or pickup with the customer liable for all travel/transportation expenses to the home. WG&R Furniture makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. WG&R Furniture hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Clearance, closeout, bedding and floor sample items are not eligible for the Service Program.
 
Out of Warranty Service Policy
For the cost of labor,  parts and travel/transportation expenses, we will service any product purchased at WG&R even if it was purchased more than one year ago.

If you report a problem within one year of pickup or delivery, we will inspect your furniture for free, however the customer is liable for the travel/transportation expenses to the home. Within a year, parts and labor beyond the initial inspection are also free unless a warranty exception applies.

If you report a problem after the product has been in your home for more than one year, WG&R will charge travel/transportation expenses to the home based on current WG&R service rates. 

We will not service merchandise purchased at a store other than WG&R.
