For the cost of labor, parts and travel/transportation expenses, we will service any product purchased at WG&R even if it was purchased more than one year ago.
If you report a problem within one year of pickup or delivery, we will inspect your furniture for free, however the customer is liable for the travel/transportation expenses to the home. Within a year, parts and labor beyond the initial inspection are also free unless a warranty exception applies.
If you report a problem after the product has been in your home for more than one year, WG&R will charge travel/transportation expenses to the home based on current WG&R service rates.
We will not service merchandise purchased at a store other than WG&R.
