WG&R Exclusive Guarantees...

Furniture:  7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - WG&R Furniture and WG&R Sleep Shop (WG&R) provide a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup on all furniture maintained in original condition.  Within the 7 day period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase with a service and handling fee of 10% of the original product purchase price.  A reselection must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery or pickup.  Customers returning any product for a refund will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 10% of the purchase price.  Delivery charges are not refundable on returns.  Upon expiration of the original 7 day period, merchandise is not eligible for return.  All merchandise sold as "Closeout" is covered by the 7 day satisfaction guarantee, but has no manufacturer's limited warranty.  It's that easy!

Bedding:  90-Day Comfort Guarantee - Bedding purchases are non refundable.  However, customers purchasing non-clearance, non-closeout bedding sets will receive a 90-day comfort guarantee. This guarantee states that if after 30 days you are unable to adjust to the comfort and support level of your new mattress, you have up to 90 days from the date of delivery or pick up to reselect another mattress. The mattress set must be maintained in its original condition. Delivery fees are not refundable on returns.  Within that 90 day period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase with a service and handling fee of 10% of the original mattress purchase price.  That’s our comfort guarantee to help you choose to sleep better!

Clearance Items- All merchandise sold as "Clearance" or "Floor Sample" is "AS IS" and not eligible for return. The 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 90-Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to any of these items.

Custom Order Return/Cancellation - Customers canceling or returning any custom ordered product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.  Delivery fees are not refundable on returns

Original Condition - Original condition includes, but is not limited to the following:  no signs of wear or tear, scratches, knicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing part. 

Preauthorization - Any merchandise that is eligible for return must be preauthorized by WG&R and accompanied by a completed Merchandise Return Authorization Form.  Please contact the WG&R Customer Relations Team for return authorization:  888-947-7782.

10% Service and Handling Fees cannot be included in a financed order.
