At WG&R we understand peace-of-mind is a pretty important thing when it comes to purchasing new home furnishings. You need to know when making a highly considered purchase that the company you choose to buy from is going to be there for you in the long run. That's why we employ our own call center of Customer Service Specialists located right here in northeast Wisconsin. Rest assured, if you have a problem today, tomorrow or 5 years from now, we'll be there for you. And should your problem require a repair, we also have a highly skilled team of Service Technicians on staff. Most service work and repairs can even be done right in your home when it's convenient for you. At WG&R we're committed to getting it right the first time. We just want you to know, should we fall short, that we'll do what it takes to make it right.

WG&R Exclusive Guarantees

Furniture: 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - WG&R Furniture and WG&R Sleep Shop provide a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup on all furniture maintained in original condition. Within that 7 day period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase. A reselection must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery or pickup. Customers returning any product for a reselect or refund will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable on returns. Upon expiration of the original 7 day period, merchandise is not eligible for return. All merchandise sold as "Closeout" is covered by the 7 day satisfaction guarantee, but has no manufacturer’s limited warranty. It’s that easy!

Bedding: 90 Day Comfort Guarantee - Bedding products are nonrefundable. However, customers purchasing non-clearance, non-closeout bedding sets will receive a 90 day comfort guarantee. This guarantee states that if after 30 days you are unable to adjust to the comfort and support level of your new mattress, you have up to 90 days from the date of delivery or pickup to reselect another mattress. The mattress set must be maintained in its original condition. Within that 90 day period, WG&R allows one reselect per purchase with a service and handling fee of 10% of the original mattress purchase price. Clearance Items - All merchandise sold as "Clearance" or "Floor Sample" is "AS IS" and not eligible for return. The 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 90 Day Comfort Guarantee do not apply to any of these items.

Custom Order Return/Cancellation - Return or cancellation of any custom ordered product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. Delivery fees are not refundable on returns.

Original Condition - Original condition includes, but is not limited to the following: no signs of wear and tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts.

Product Damage Reporting - Customer must inspect the merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to WG&R within 48 hours of the merchandise pickup or delivery.

Preauthorization - Any merchandise that is eligible for return must be preauthorized by WG&R. All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected at time of return and any merchandise that is not found to be in original condition will not be authorized.
